The Frost Wind Ensemble hosts top saxophonists PRISM Quartet in Matt Browne’s Cabinet of Curiosities, and Dale Underwood in Joel Love’s Lyric Concerto. The program opens with the exhilarating work of Carlos Simon, an innovative composer and rising star whose music straddles the worlds of jazz, gospel, classical and neo-romanticism.
